Stephen Reaves

President & CEO

Stephen Reaves is the President & CEO of Reaves Capital Group, where he focuses on day-to-day decision making, as well as strategy, execution, and business operations. Stephen has over 10 years of experience in the Real Estate sector as an active investor & manager.  

Prior to forming Reaves Capital Group, Stephen was a Senior Executive with Stryker Corporation, a global leader in medical technologies and Fortune 500 company, over an 8-year career. He is also a former professional football player where he excelled at the quarterback position.

The Reaves name has been associated with vision and results in real estate along Florida’s west coast and across the southeast for 40 years. Stephen has assembled a roster of highly experienced and knowledgeable professionals each with a key expertise. With offices in Tampa, FL & Los Angeles, CA, Stephen has expanded the business across multiple markets.  

Stephen holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and an M.B.A. from the University of New Mexico.  

Stephen currently lives in Manhattan Beach, California with his wife Candice.
